Veterinary Clinics Follow-Up Committee in Babylon Launches Field Activities in Abi Ghraq District

The Veterinary Clinics Follow-Up Committee at the Babylon Branch of the Veterinary Doctors Syndicate has begun its field activities in Abi Ghraq District as part of a plan aimed at organizing the work of veterinary clinics and strengthening adherence to professional and syndicate regulations
Under the direct guidance of the President of the Veterinary Doctors Syndicate, Dr. Alaa Hussein Al-Hasnawi, the Veterinary Clinics Follow-Up Committee at the Babylon Branch of the Veterinary Doctors Syndicate commenced its field activities in Abi Ghraq District. The committee is headed by Dr. Nusayr Al-Shammari, with membership of Dr. Sattar Al-Hadmawi and Dr. Ahmed Al-Shujairi, within the framework of monitoring and organizing the work of veterinary clinics and reinforcing adherence to the professional instructions issued by the Syndicate’s General Headquarters. The field visit included notifying clinic owners of the necessity to comply with the approved syndicate regulations and instructions and to work according to the professional standards and legal principles governing the profession, in a way that contributes to improving veterinary services and enhancing citizens’ confidence in veterinary institutions. The Babylon Branch Syndicate affirmed its full commitment to supporting officially licensed veterinary clinics and listening to the needs and requirements of veterinarians working in them, stemming from its responsibility to protect the profession and preserve the reputation of veterinarians and their vital role in serving society and animal wealth. The syndicate also indicated that these efforts come ضمن its plan aimed at strengthening professional oversight and consolidating the standards of sound veterinary practice, which positively reflects on the reality of the profession and the level of services provided to citizens, while enhancing the veterinarian’s role in protecting animal and public health.
