Head of Veterinary Syndicate Stresses Support for Branches and Enhancing Services in Kirkuk

The Head of the Iraqi Veterinary Syndicate discussed with the Kirkuk branch president ways to develop union work and improve services provided to veterinarians
The Head of the Iraqi Veterinary Syndicate, Dr. Alaa Hussein Al-Hassnawi, met with Dr. Ziyad Aref Al-Janabi, President of the Syndicate’s Kirkuk Branch, in the presence of Deputy Head Dr. Amer Shafiq Al-Hamdani, as part of ongoing efforts to follow up on branch activities and strengthen professional communication.
During the meeting, the annual and quarterly work plans of the Kirkuk branch were discussed, along with a review of key activities and services provided to veterinarians. The discussion also addressed ways to improve union performance and enhance the level of services in line with the syndicate’s strategic plans and directions.
The meeting further highlighted the importance of strengthening the branch’s role in supporting veterinarians, addressing the challenges they face, and providing a suitable professional environment that contributes to developing their capabilities and advancing the profession.
The Head of the Syndicate emphasized the need to maintain direct communication with veterinarians across the province, identify their needs and suggestions, and work to meet them within available resources, in a way that enhances professional performance and supports the veterinary sector in Iraq.
