In implementation of the directives of the General Syndicate in Baghdad, and in pursuit of the principle of professional partnership between the Iraqi Veterinary Syndicate and the Deanery of the College of Veterinary Medicine / University of Karbala, represented by the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kaabi, the Head of the Veterinary Syndicate Branch in Holy Karbala, Dr. Atheer Al-Kadsawi, delivered a scientific and professional lecture entitled:
